Effective brand management extends beyond routine communication. It requires an anticipation of issues and navigating media and communication crises to safeguard the reputation and trust associated with the University.

The Strategic Communications team within Marketing & Communications is responsible for proactively coordinating effective and responsive communication across campus.

This support includes:

  • executive-level communications
  • crisis communications and issues management training and response
  • internal communications
  • integration and collaboration with Media Relations
